WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT (INCLUDING USER-GENERATED CONTENT) WILL BE SAFE OR NOT OTHERWISE LOST OR DAMAGED. YOU USE THE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL linkpreview.ai BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(A) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES, INCLUDING DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Master Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Except as otherwise expressly provided by mandatory consumer protection law, you and linkpreview.ai agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be the courts of Trani, Italy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Master Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Service and update the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms have become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Entire Agreement
These Master Terms, together with any applicable Additional Terms, constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between linkpreview.ai and you regarding the Services. These Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between linkpreview.ai and you regarding the Services.
